At COLD CULTURE™, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
